By embedding the Contaktly widget, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Contaktly.
Contaktly provides an AI-powered website chat widget that captures visitor details and books meetings. Features, limits, and prices are shown on contaktly.com/pricing and may change from time to time.
You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and user credentials. You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
Free Tier – limited chats per month; Contaktly branding.
Pro Tier – higher limits, white-label branding, additional integrations.
Prices and limits are stated on the Site; all fees are charged in euros and exclude applicable VAT.
We aim for 99 % uptime but provide the Service “as is”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
You can cancel at any time in your dashboard. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Sections 8-10 survive termination.
All software, trademarks, and content remain the property of Sales Boutique B.V. You grant us a licence to process and display content you connect to the Service solely to operate it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Boutique B.V. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam.
